How President Obama Can Secure a Second Term

As you all may know by now, President Obama is doing his best, but not doing his job. Many people are upset with him; I, on the other hand, am simply frustrated with his lack of zeal and confidence. The way things are looking now, we're looking at a one-term president. If you are looking at this page, President Obama, (though this is highly unlikely) please read what you need to do in order to get a second term in office and complete your presidential mission to rebuild the nation: You need to announce the following to the nation, though you probably can find a more eloquent way to convey this message: "My dear nation, we are in a troublesome and turbulent time in our nation's history. We are fighting two wars, and dealing with an economic and ecological crises. The only way to fix this is to do the following: 1. Pull all of our troops out of Afghanistan and Iraq. There is no winning is sight, and the massive amount of money that we are pouring into these wars can be used to protect ourselves here in the United States. 2. Raise taxes on the Upper and Upper-Middle Class. This doesn't sound too enticing at first, but in order to have wonderful programs like Medicare and Medicaid, you need money from the government. "Do the math." 3. Sue BP and Haliburton. It is the only way these companies will be able to remotely start to fix the enormous damage that they have put on the environment. The extra billions won from this will be able to be put into helping the economy/homeland protection/the environment." (Let's follow this money trail they have to Dubai, where they don't need to pay any taxes, and get back every single penny they have stolen.) If you are able to achieve these three things, Mr. President, then you will gain a second term to put finishing touches on any other projects you have and wrap up your presidency in style. The only way you achieve these three things is to take action, believe in yourself, and gain confidence. These strategies may sound a bit simplistic, but as you can see, nothing else has worked. Simply "stop talking the talk, and walk the walk." Thank you.

You've Stolen My... No, Not Heart, You Idiot! Money!

Dear Fellow Followers, If you live in the puny, nearby city (for me, anyway) of Glen Rock, New Jersey, you're in for a rude awakening with your city's money. You're probably thinking, "What the flip! My patriotic governor, Chris Cristie would never do such a thing!" Well, sorry mister: wake up and smell the coffee, 'cause you've got another thing coming. You see, Chris Cristie is a CROOK. In other words, he's not the most trustworthy wing-nut. He's very likely to scream like a little schoolgirl and grab the torn pieces of a dollar thrown in thew blender. He's cutting funding for preschooling, or as he calls it, "babysitting". "Well, that's not TOO bad," you're probably thinking. But here's the deal: You can't trust anyone. This'll be a humongous bubble-burster if you live in that wee little town of Glen Rock, New Jersey: He's cutting funding to Glen Rock. This is money that could be going to our schools, our community projects, like building another playground for children. This is the money that would normally be providing our teachers and janitors and municipal workers and sanitation workers with the money that they need to live a normal life without having to use medicaid or food stamps. Why is Chris Cristie doing this to the hardworking town of Glen Rock? One simple reason, and it always comes down to this, no matter what: Greed. Greed truely is what makes the negative realm of the world go around. Why do you think Cristie is stealing 1.5 million dollars from Glen Rock? It'th thimple. It'th money. P.S. If you live in Glen Rock, NJ, PLEASE vote against these horrible budget cuts in April! This is dedicated to a friend of mine. I will not give out her name to protect her identity.

Idiot or Crook?

In New Jersey, the Gubernatorial elections are coming up. I know know this through Meet the Press. Anyway, the Gubernatorial elections in New Jersey are coming up, and the two major candidates are the incumbent, Jon Corzine (D), and the challenger, Chris Christie (R). The campaign has obviously very rough; the campaigns just keep getting more negative by the minute. Lies about one, lies about the other... At the end of the day, though, Corzine is just an idiot and Christie is a crook. I don't know what to do! Who is the New Jersey public supposed to vote for?!? I personally feel sorry for them because they don't know that much about the alternative. Three words: Chris. Daggett. Independent. For decades, New Jersey has depended the two-party system that is just not working. People think that voting for an independent candidate is a wasted vote. It's not! If you get enough people to vote for change and reform that people need in New Jersey, they'll be elected and you'll get the change you need. But if you don't try and spread the word, no one will know. It will be another failed attempt at change and reform. Once again for review: Corzine: Idiot. Christie: Crook. Daggett: Change.

Not Easily Convicted

As you may already know, drunk driving in America has become a very dangerous threat to our citizens. The current usual sentence for drunk driving is a few years in prison, as it is considered manslaughter. Some people, including me, say that this is not manslaughter, but rather murder. The criminal is killing a person (people) when a person dies in the "accident" other that the driver themselves, and they did use improper judgment knowing that they were drunk and were going to drive anyway, (once again) knowing that someone could perish in the process. It is as much murder as someone pulling out a pistol, aiming it at a person five feet away, and deliberately pulling the trigger. One of the only ways that this disgusting act can be stopped is to consider this murder and giving tough sentences. I'm talking 25-to-life-in-prison kind of tough. If people don't fear the consequences, then they won't think twice about driving drunk. This has to be stopped. Drunk drivers: Easily offended, not easily convicted.

Give a Little Love

You know, I've noticed something. Dogs are ALWAYS happy. No matter what you do, they're happy. And they don't require much to be happy, either. If humans could be like that, we'd have world peace. Love can free us from all excess, and dogs seem to have known that for a LONG time. Dogs think everyday is a holiday. They're always living life to the fullest. They don't need money or fancy stuff to be happy. All they need is a little love, and they are in paradise. They are always looking for friends, not enemies. They are the vision of happiness. Plus, they can have any name imaginable and still respond to it! All I'm saying is that if we try to help each other more and just try to love, we might actually achieve what we've been trying to achieve in the last...NO! During the entire existence of the human species.

Does it Really Ever Solve Anything?

My dear friends,  many people ask, "Does war solve anything?"
Many people say, "Well, It has. It got America freedom (American Revolution), ended slavery, gained us Texas, ended Nazism, and a bunch of other stuff."  But the thing is, that is not true.
There is still all of that stuff in the world.
People just don't get it.  All war does is take lives of innocent people who are brain washed to think that if they joined the war they would be "serving their country".  Seriously, do you actually believe the only way the solution can be reached is by killing each other?
I will never understand the human mind.  It's like we enjoy seeing innocent people being killed or, even worse, we JUST DON'T CARE.  Nobody really cares about each other any more.  We all just care about ourselves as if we are the only person on the planet that matters.  I am just so darn sick of it!
This is just simply barbaric and it needs to be stopped.  Support our troops: BRING. THEM. HOME!
